Every day before lunchtime, the ship’s crew would light the charcoal in the VERY large grills on the pool deck. Each lunch was a different from the day before. A couple of port days we claimed lounge chairs, got our breakfast from the Garden Café and returned to the pool area to eat. After eating we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pools were filtered salt water from the Pacific and refilled every morning. The water temp was whatever the sea water temp was; some days cool, some days warmer.
