Hosmer Winery provided the wine for our Wine Pairing Dinner so we dropped by to pick up a bottle of two of wine. The tasting room was somewhat small but the staff was very friendly and gave us a discount because of the pairing. The Winery was established in 1972, with nearly 70 acres of grapes that provide Hosmer Winery with the fruit to remain a fully functioning estate winery. The vineyard frames the tasting room and production facility creating a picturesque setting on the western shore of Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes region.
