After having breakfast we went to the Filbert Street Steps. The steps descend the east slope of Telegraph Hill along the line where Filbert Street would be if the hill weren’t so steep. We started up the steps and end at the art deco Coit Tower; sure of enough, there is an amazing scenic view at the top of the city by the bay. This is where we started up the steps.

Filbert Stairs start at the bottom from Sansome at Filbert and end at the art deco Coit Tower; sure of enough, there is an amazing scenic view at the top of the city by the bay.

Filbert Steps is one of the most famous stairways in San Francisco in North Beach on eastern part of Telegraph Hill. 400 brick, cement, and wooden steps are surrounded by beautiful gardens along the way, quaintcottage.
